Losses and Claims

THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES AND RULES ARE INTENDED FOR THE FOLLOWING ACCIDENTS AND LOSSES:

- accidents and damages caused by own fault
- damages caused by burglary and damage by the unknown offender
- accidents caused by third party
- stolen car

PROCEDURE FOR LOSS OR CLAIM

Turn on warning lights.
In the case of injury, call the emergency service (Tel. 155). Or Integrated rescue system of the CZECH REPUBLIC (Tel. 112).
Indicate the place of the accident with a warning triangle on the road 100 m from the place of the accident.
Report the incident to the police of the CZECH REPUBLIC (158), or the national police of the state you are in (if this incident is subject to this legal obligation).
Do not leave the scene of the accident until the resolution and the decision of the police of the CZECH REPUBLIC, or until a written agreement with the other party of the accident. You must fill in and sign both sides of the record about the accident - you can use the attached form "The incident report".
Please report the incident promptly to the Service Department at AutoCorp, a.s. and the completed form "Incident report" and send it to the 24 h Service Department at AutoCorp, a.s. together with a copy of the driving license of the driver, to the address: nehody(zav.)autocorp.cz.
If the damaged vehicle is roadworthy, transport it to the contractual authorized service-see the list of service stations.
In the case of the broken-down vehicle contact the contractual assistance service (see "driver set") and report it to the Service Department at AutoCorp, a.s.
In the case of stolen vehicle it is necessary to apply for “Protocol on the reporting of stolen vehicle” and deliver it to AutoCorp, a.s. In the case of the unavailability of this Protocol it is necessary to report at Autocorp, a.s. the reference number and address of the police station that investigates this case.

HOW TO USE ROADSIDE ASSITANCE

In the case of immobility of your vehicle caused by an accident or breakdown, you are entitled to use the assistance service provided by the contractual insurance company. The assistance service is provided based on your call requirement. The contact for the use of roadside assistance and replacement vehicle is:

When calling the line helpdesk, please tell the dispatcher:

What happened to you, the type of car and registration number.
Where exactly you are, and your telephone contact.
When calling from abroad, the number of your passport, name, address and place of residence in the Czech Republic.
